You can't really go wrong with any of her fics but this one stayed with me for quite a while. Miscommunication and its consequences. Wonderful read!

I truly love this story. I can totally see this happening as well. Mulder is acting single-mindedly and does not notice how his actions may come across, Scully is retreating and just assuming things and both of them don't communicate.

I felt a bit sorry for Jason at the end. He seemed like a great guy. But I didn't feel bad enough for him to not cheer for the MSR!

Great story, as always. Baroness_Blixen has such a wonderful way of setting the atmosphere. I love how she writes them.
